handle; 5 foot long insulated cool water lines; high flow, dry quick
disconnect
couplings; water temperature control and on & off switch; 4 foot
insulated
extension with dry quick disconnect couplings.
Free Trial
conditions:
- We will allow 30
days from the date of shipment for the trial.
- The free
trial will initiate with a no charge order from the hospital or
surgeon. The order should include:
- Shipping &
billing information
- Vest size and
preferably the surgeons height & weight
- At the end of the
30 days, if the surgeon & hospital keep the system, Polar will send
an invoice based on the original PO (or a new PO if preferred).
- We will work with
your system requirements if the above needs to be amended. Call us.
