Shipping Information
Credit card orders will be typically processed and shipped within a few days. Orders will be shipped via Fed Ex ground service. Next day, 2-day and 3-day express is available upon request for an additional fee based upon weight, call 800-763-8423 for rates.

The following shipping charges apply for the U.S. only and for standard
Fed Ex or UPS ground service.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from Polar Products!
If for any reason, you find a product unsatisfactory, you may return the product in its unused, original condition, including all components, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. Items found to be defective may be returned to us and will be replaced at no cost to you.

If product is received damaged in shipping, keep all packing materials and report the damage immediately to the carrier. Also contact our customer service at 800-763-8423 to report the damage to us.
